Orientation 2020

All personnel; military and civilian, employed or working at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) are required to attend annual training and education sessions in order to be familiar with national and local programs, policies and practices within the CAF and the College Team.

Orientation will be conducted through a series of briefings by department, posted online and supplemented with additional training and education within each department and computer based training as required.  The end state will be achieved when all military and civilian personnel have a baseline level of familiarity regarding national, local and College policies, procedures, programs, and services and how the same apply to themselves, the college and the cadet population.
