Off-Campus?

Off-Campus Access requires you to be authenticated with your RMC "my Services" id00xxxx account credentials

The RMC Library provides remote access to electronic resources via EZProxy, a web proxy service.

This service enables authorized users to access online journals, databases and other subscribed e-content from off-campus.

The Off-Campus access is restricted by licenses with vendors to current RMC students, faculty and staff and requires authentication.

 

How to Login

You will be automatically prompted to authenticate with your RMC "My Services" credentials whenever you attempt to access a library licensed e-resource from off-campus.

If you encounter problems with Off-campus Access services, please contact our IT Helpdesk support team at support@rmc-cmr.ca.  If you encounter problems with a specific electronic resource and need the Library's staff assistance, please contact us by e-mail  at okr@rmc-cmr.ca or call 613-541-6000 ext. 6330 and indicate the title of the e-resource you were trying to access.
