The RMC Family Handbook provides an overview of the College organization, the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP) programme, facilities, and support services. Upon arrival, Naval and Officer Cadets will be briefed on each of these areas.
RMC Success Centre
The Success Centre exists to enhance the quality of life on campus for students, faculty, and staff. The Centre is a one-stop shop offering personalized assistance with various academic skills such as time management, motivation, concentration, and online learning.

Reporting an Incident
Military students who have a concern can report an incident through several channels. While we encourage students to first approach their chain of command, the overriding concern is that students access support services and report incidents through one of the channels available.

Accommodations & Dining Hall Concerns
- Accommodations Work Tickets: RMC faculty, staff & students can notify RMC facilities & operations of any required infrastructure repairs by sending an email to RMC.CE@Forces.gc.ca with the following information:
- Who: NAME OF PERSON REQUESTING SERVICE, provide any pertinent contact information for follow-up. Name, Building, Office #, Email, phone number.
- What: WHAT is the issue you are requesting service for (be detailed and specific), Indicate what action if any was taken with regards to the issue.
- Where: Where is the issue located. Include building number / Name and Room Number or location on campus. Street name if applicable.
- When: Indicate when this was first noticed or occurred. Include Date and Time.
- Why: Why this is an issue.
- Misc: Any other information that will assist in getting the issue corrected or repaired.
- Cadet Dining Hall (CDH) Information:
- Dietary Concerns: The Cadet Dining Hall (CDH) offers Halal, Kosher, and vegetarian meal options. Additional dietary needs related to spiritual, religious, or personal preferences are reviewed annually. Cadets with new or updated dietary requirements can contact the Food Services Officer at logan.mackay@forces.gc.ca and/or the Deputy Food Services Officer at JAROSLAW.DOBROWOLSKI@forces.gc.ca for review and guidance.
- CDH Feedback: N/OCdts are encouraged to share both positive and constructive feedback about their dining experience using the QR code posted in the Cadet Dining Hall (CDH) or by submitting it through this link.
