Adelheid A.M. Nicol is a Professor at the Military Psychology and Leadership Department at the Royal Military College of Canada. She obtained her B.Sc. from McGill University, her M.A. and her PhD from the University of Western Ontario. Her interests are in the areas of prejudice and personality testing.
