The Interim Principal, Dr. Phil Bates and the VP Research, Dr. Malardier-Jugroot, take great pleasure in inviting all faculty, staff, students and friends of RMC to a public lecture to be given by Dr. Holly Ann Garnett – the winner of the 2023 Cowan Prize for Excellence in Research. The title of Dr. Garnett’s talk will be “Can Money Buy Elections? Campaign Finance in Canadian Elections”. The support of the RMC Foundation is gratefully acknowledged.
