The RMC Band is hosting the 2021 Bike+ A-Thon for officer cadets between 19 and 21 March. Due to the pandemic, our annual Bike-a-Thon could not be done in person, so we decided to adapt the tradition to a virtual format!
N/OCdts will track their cardio activities using a fitness tracking app of their choice and submit proof to the Google Drive folder managed by the band. The top individual athletes and the winning squadron will receive prizes from the Cadet Mess!
The activities that count towards the competition are:

- Cycling (1 point per 3 kilometers)
- Skating (1 point per 1.5 kilometers)
- Cross-country skiing (1 point per 1.5 kilometers)
- Snowshoeing (1 point per 1.5 kilometers)
These point values are based on the CF Award of Aerobic Excellence:
