Benoît Séguin holds an undergraduate degree in theology from the Dominican University College and a degree in education from the University of Ottawa. He has been teaching at RMC since 2016 and has worked in the field of French as a second language for over 20 years. He previously worked with teenagers in a Catholic school as a cultural and pastoral worker and has also developed an interest in palliative care and people experiencing loss of physical autonomy. He also has experience in fitness and nutrition and was a cardio kickboxing and core strength instructor for Nautilus.
A photography enthusiast, he enjoys exploring and taking on challenges that lead to personal growth.
