Fernando F. Fachin (PhD, HEC Montréal) is an assistant professor in the Department of Management. Prior to joining the Royal Military College of Canada, he taught at McGill University. His teaching and research deal with strategy, entrepreneurship, identity, open innovation, and process thinking. His research has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) and received awards at annual meetings of the Academy of Management.
