The program has been implemented in several national and international military institutions and supports leadership development within allied professional military education environments.

Dr. Chérif holds a PhD in Psychology from Université Laval and professional certifications in Positive Psychology, Resilience Training, Professional and Personal Coaching, and Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice. Throughout her career, she has delivered numerous workshops, lectures, and training programs nationally and internationally on positive psychology, resilience, and leadership.
