The programs of Graduate Studies at RMC are open to commissioned and non-commissioned officers of the Canadian Armed Forces, Regular and Reserves. Graduate enrolment is also open to civilian students who are either Canadian citizens or permanent residents. A graduate civilian student’s journey at RMC is no different from one at other Canadian universities: there are no military duties and there is no obligation to join the Canadian Forces. Exceptional international students are also encouraged to join us at RMC.
